The robust professional wall bracket Puncholder PRO intended for mounting a speed bag is designed for intensive and long-term use. It is a significantly stronger and more stable PRO version, which exceeds the common solutions available on the market in its parameters.

The massive construction of black steel with a powder-coated finish in combination with an extra thick MDF board provides ideal conditions for training speed, reflexes, rhythm and coordination. The 3.5cm board is thicker than on most competing brackets, thanks to which it absorbs vibrations better, increases stability and ensures a precise and consistent rebound of the bag even with strong strikes.

The reinforced steel arms are constructed to minimise movement and resonance during training. Firm anchoring into the wall eliminates unwanted swaying and makes the bracket a reliable tool even for professional athletes and training centres. Height adjustment of the board is solved by means of a massive threaded rod and nuts, which allow precise adjustment according to the height of the user or the type of training. The speed bag is attached from the underside of the board to a metal swivel joint, which is included in the package.
