Adidas training sleeve Tube, white

The Adidas Tube training sleeve is a specialised training aid intended for developing specific grip strength, the back and the pulling muscles of athletes in judo, BJJ and grappling. Its construction faithfully imitates a gi sleeve, thanks to which it allows realistic grip training in conditions close to a real fight.

The Tube is made from original judo fabric with a rice grain weave, that is from the same material used for judogis. In the middle there are two large openings reinforced with leather, which allow it to be threaded easily onto an Olympic bar or a fitness bar. The bar can then be attached to a cable machine or a pull-up bar and used to perform pulling exercises with a load simulating a gi grip.

Thanks to this, the Tube training sleeve is an ideal addition to strength training for all gi athletes who want to improve their grip and the strength of their forearms and back (latissimus, trapezius and other muscle groups).
