Adidas Judo training grip for grip

The Gripp Judo Adidas is a practical training aid intended for developing grip, forearm strength and pulling muscles, designed especially for the needs of judoka. Its construction faithfully simulates a judogi sleeve, thanks to which it is ideal for realistic kumi-kata training.

The grip is made from quality 100 % cotton with a rice grain weave with a weight of 650 g/m², which corresponds to the material used for judo gis. At both ends it is complemented by leather reinforcements, which ensure high durability even under intensive load.

The Gripp Judo Adidas can easily be attached to a cable machine, a pull-up bar or other fitness equipment, and used to perform pull-ups, pulls or specific strength exercises focused on grip. It is ideal not only for judoka but also for BJJ, grappling, wrestling and other sports in which a strong grip is crucial.
